Dr. Michael Schimeczek, has a degree in Chemistry and acts as an impromptu consultant for special aspects of chemoinformatics, stereochemistry and the design of chemical databases in general. Prof. Dr. Norbert Haider is professor for Chemistry at the University of Vienna, Austria and the main developer of Checkmol/Matchmol and mol2ps. Naturally he is our primary contact for the evolution of Checkmol/Matchmol, general questions of chemoinformatics and special aspects of ring systems, heterocycles and the detection of aromaticity.
